All Sales Are Final (Custom & Made-to-Order Items)

Because every item we create is custom-made to order based on your specific selections, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

All custom orders are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for any reason other than a verified manufacturer defect or shipping damage (detailed below). Please review your order choices, sizing, and details carefully before finalizing your purchase, as we cannot modify or replace items after they have been processed.

Shipping Damages and Defects

We take great pride in our craftsmanship, but we understand that shipping mishaps can happen. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

To be eligible for a remedy regarding a damaged or defective item, you must adhere to the following strict guidelines:

Reporting Window: You must contact us at elmir@elmir.com within 48 hours of the delivery time stamped by the carrier.
Required Documentation: Your email must include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear, high-resolution photographs of both the damaged item and the original packaging.
Evaluation: We reserve the right to inspect the item to verify the defect or damage. If the damage is verified to have occurred prior to or during transit, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair the item or provide a store credit. Because items are custom-made, exact replicas or direct replacements may not be available.

Note: Items that show signs of wear, alteration, user error, or damage caused by improper handling after delivery will not be eligible for review.

European Union Right of Withdrawal (Important Note)

Please note that under European Union consumer protection laws, the standard 14-day "cooling-off" period for online purchases does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized. Because our products are entirely custom-made to order, all sales to EU customers are also final, and no right of withdrawal exists once production begins.
