Shipping policy

Shipping & Handling Rates

All shipping rates are dynamically calculated at the time of checkout based on the carrier's live dimensional weight and destination matrix. We do not offer flat-rate shipping, nor do we guarantee shipping prices prior to checkout.

Multi-Item Packaging Rule (Box Limitations)

To protect your custom products from structural damage during transit, we enforce strict packaging configurations:

  • A maximum of two (2) physical display items can safely fit into a single shipping box.

  • If your order contains three (3) or more items, the additional items will automatically require a separate shipping box (or boxes) and will incur an incremental, calculated shipping and handling fee.

  • Orders cannot be modified, consolidated, or combined into unsafe packaging configurations to lower shipping costs.

Carrier Responsibility & Risk of Loss (Out of Our Hands)

The Card Shelf Workshop utilizes professional external carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or DHL) to transport your packages.

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the delivery process is entirely out of our hands. Legal title and all risk of loss, damage, or theft pass completely to you, the customer.

  • No Shipping Warranties: We offer absolutely no explicit or implied warranties regarding delivery speeds, transit delays, customs holdups, or carrier handling behavior. Estimated transit times shown at checkout are completely non-binding.

  • Carrier Liability: If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but is missing, or if it arrives damaged due to rough sorting or transit abuse, the carrier is solely responsible.

Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • For Items Damaged in Transit: You must contact us at elmir@elmir.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged product and the exterior packaging so we can help you provide documentation for a carrier claim. Do not discard the packaging materials.

  • For Lost/Stolen Packages: Please monitor your tracking information closely. If your package is delayed or marked delivered but nowhere to be found, you must open a formal investigation or missing mail search directly with the carrier utilizing your tracking number.

International Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For shipments outside the United States, all local import duties, customs clearings, VAT, or brokerage fees are the sole financial responsibility of the buyer. We will not undervalue shipments or mark custom orders as "gifts" on customs documentation, as this violates federal maritime law.
